🚚 Delivery Process: How It Works
Once your order is placed and confirmed, the following process takes place:
1. Order Verification & Processing
o Each order is subject to internal verification and payment clearance. Orders received on Sundays or public holidays will be processed the following business day.
2. Quality Inspection
o Before dispatch, your meditation cushion undergoes a final round of quality check to ensure it is spiritually prepared, physically perfect, and ready for sacred use.
3. Secure Packaging
o Products are carefully packaged in durable materials — either high-quality boxes or courier-grade plastic wrap. Each cushion is individually wrapped to prevent moisture, distortion, or transit damage. Fragile items (if applicable in the future) are bubble-wrapped for added protection.
4. Dispatch & Courier Handoff
o Once packed, your order is handed over to one of our official courier partners:

5. Delivery to You
Our courier partner will attempt delivery to your provided address. If the courier is unable to reach you or the location, they will contact you directly to arrange a new delivery time.
